Nestled on an 6 acre mini farm, the cottage offers a country experience while just a short jaunt from town.Say hello to the mini donkeys, Banjo and Jonas or visit the friendly goats on the property! It is only a 30 minute drive into downtown Nashville and offers a perfect retreat for musicians looking for some peace, just outside of Music City USA. You can enjoy a camp fire in the backyard firepit, surrounded by benches crafted from wood harvested on the property, or take a nap on the covered front porch on the suspended bed swing while listening to the birds in the surrounding stately maple trees. When you are feeling brave, you can explore the historic cemetery on the property, featuring a revolutionary war veteran who was likely granted this land as a payment for his service. Or, imagine the history of the valley which is a stone’s throw away from the Civil War battle site for the city of Franklin.
The Cozy Cottage is a ranch style home that has been recently renovated and completely updated. An open concept kitchen blends seamlessly into a hearth room which contains a sleeper sofa to allow for larger parties in front of a stylish ship-lapped fireplace. The dining room contains a large table to accommodate your party or you can or enjoy a snack at the kitchen island which was built from an elm tree that was harvested on the property. The little touches abound in this wonderfully decorated home. The three bedrooms allow you to have a large group or family stay in comfort. The cottage offers plenty of space, but still feels very cozy.

Cozy and beautifully decorated
"The home is beautifully furnished and decorated in the style we love! The rooms are spacious and the King bed in the master room is very comfortable. The coffee that the owners supplied was delicious and very appreciated. It was one of our shorter stays so we only cooked one night and grilled on the patio. The other evenings we enjoyed eating at our favorite restaurants and we visited friends who live just down the road. We enjoyed the fire pit and had fun just sitting with a glass of wine and enjoying the calm evening. The house came with ingredients to make s'mores so we most certainly enjoyed that.”

“This house is fantastic. Nice location just right out of town. Beautifully decorated (all the women in the group couldn’t stop talking about how much they loved it) and all the amenities you need.
